1. Agreement to Terms

Karate is a physically intensive sport and martial art that involves inherent risks. By participating in any activities, events, training sessions, tournaments, or programs organized, promoted, or associated with ADKA, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You voluntarily participate and assume all known and unknown risks of injuries or damages resulting from such participation.
• You are physically fit and have no health conditions that would endanger your safety. You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before participating in any activity.
• You release and forever discharge the All Delhi Karate Association, its officials, instructors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury, loss, or damage to you or your property during participation in ADKA activities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, databases, and design elements (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of ADKA and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Content without our express written permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

The Site may only be used for purposes explicitly authorized by ADKA. You agree not to:
